  I've been to several Caryl Baker locations across Ontario, but the Pen Centre staff and atmosphere is by far the best. They always recommend the best products without pushing anything on you. Quality service from everyone I've ever dealt with.

  I love Caryl Baker! I refuse now to go anywhere else to get my brows done. An absolute must. Staff are always friendly and it's a great location to be at. Definitely recommend!! Mel is GREAT at brows, you need to book with her.

  Caryl Baker was recommended to me by a friend and I don't know what I would do (or what my brows would look like) without them. I travel an hour and a half to visit a specific location as I am never disappointed when leaving. Not only do they do a great job but they introduce new products and explain how to use them so I can use them myself at home. Can't say enough great things about this place!

  The pen centre is by far the best Caryl Baker salon. The girls are experienced and well professional. We got my 3 month daughters ears pierced and the girls were just wonderful with her. 5 star on sterility and cleanliness.

  The staff is always friendly and courteous. The technician who does my brows is Melanie. She is always professional and knowledgeable. She does excellent work and provides me with options to look my best. I have recommended this site to friends and Melanie specifically. My nieces have been clients of Melanies for years .
