  Five days ago, my trusty silver steed had developed a hard knock in the front end drivers side. I thought I had a flat, but upon my own visual inspection, didn't see anything wrong. I called Greves and asked if they could see me - Jamie said he could accommodate me with no notice, but I stupidly declined because I had to go to work. By the time I was finished work, the only place in my immediate vacinity that was open was Midas. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car, charged me nothing, and sent me on my way.

  Great bunch of guys. Jamie is very helpful and they fix only what needs fixing. They will alert you of any possible future repairs and are always polite. Mechanics you can trust.

  I decided the knock sounded too important to disregard, so I took it to Volkswagen the very next morning. They test drove my vehicle, acknowledged the sound and performed an inspection. They determined what "the cause" was in their minds, charged me, and sent me on my way. Three days later the knocking returned, so I returned to Volkswagen, they offered me the same remedy as the first. I declined, and left them with a request that they ended up not completing because they advised it wouldn't fix my knocking issue. They instead offered me more diagnostics for more money - I declined, collected my vehicle and what was left of my pride from them, and called Greves again.

  Called twice to set up a simple oil and transmission fluid change four and three days in advance of when I needed it done. Left a message both times but they didn't bother to call me back. No worries, I'll take my business elsewhere.

  Jamie at Greves agreed to look at my vehicle any time, as he had before, and so I left my car with him, but not before telling him all of my woes and stories about what I thought it was causing the knock having read horror stories online about automotive repair and self diagnosing - and he didn't yawn or roll his eyes once the whole time! He diagnosed the issue within a very short period of time and had my vehicle back to me the same day - regardless of the fact that he had to find parts and have them brought to the shop. I am so gracious and humbled by his and his crews knowledge, experience and kindness. Please do not look further than Greves Automotive - for your sake and your vehicles sake.

  These are a great group of guys and are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating! Jamie was able to get me in to swap suspension parts from one car to another, taking up two of there lifts with only a few days notice. They truly stand behind there work and are willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is taken care of.
