  Worst detailing shop in town in my opinion, poor tinting skills, irresponsible. Just bad , it's the only word I can describe. A small company pretends they know anything about tinting, please stop harming customers. The results they had on my tinting were so horrible with lots of bubbles, terribly cut edges. And I can tell the material they used was the cheap ones since they got scratched so easily. If you wanna ruin your beloved vehicle go ahead, cus that's how i got mine ruined ! THOSE 5 STARS COMMENTS I DOUBT THERE ARE LEGIT THO, JUST MY OPINION, YOU DECIDE!

  Horrible service I will never bring my car here again! The staff is dismissive and had no regard for people coming into the shop. Aside from the horrible service my car was only half ass cleaned they left steaks all over my windows and side mirrors....

  They did an excellent job in my cadillac. they did tint very professional and clean the car, i was very surprised how they did the clean and tint in my car, it looks like a new car! i will recommend them for sure!

  Don't ever bring your car here, by far the worst experience I have ever had with car detailing, they don't clean your car completely and miss have the things they say they include, they didn't put the floor mats back in my car, had to ask for them and out them back in myself, carpet wasn't completely vaccumed and they scratched my car so bad, they are huge scratches now across the hood of my car and in many other places! Not pleased when I was expecting car detailing, now I have to pay to have it fixed. And a bunch of other services for the car detailing they listed are provided, we're not provided and my car still wasn't cleaned after, and when I called to ask to speak to a manager whom ever answered the phone said they don't want to hear it. Definitely not pleased, terrible customer service and terrible car detailing. Would never step in there again.

  I purchased a car wash and detailing off Groupon. I was able to book immediately. I informed them I had the Groupon upon booking and when dropping off my car, I showed the guy at the cash the Groupon so he knew which service to do. I was told three hours. I came back 3 hours, 15 mins later and my car still wasn't finished. Not terrible but a little annoying when told to come back at 12. When they were finished, they told me I owed them another $20 because I had an SUV. I asked them why they didn't notify me at time of booking when I told them what car I had, or when I dropped off the car. I was then told that Groupon doesn't pay them the full amount and I had to cover the difference. I told him that is not how Groupon works and they need to take that up with Groupon, not me. I asked to see their policy stating there is an extra charge. When I told them I would be writing a review of my terrible experience, they decided to "wave" the $20 fee they were trying to charge me. My car was mostly clean, but there were several areas where they left residue from whatever cheap cleaners they used and missed spots on my seats. Needless to say, terrible service and a terrible experience. I suppose you get what you pay for, but that doesn't mean I should have received terrible service. I will never go back to this "business". So unprofessional.
