  Absolutely the worse job I have ever seen....paid money to get a car back that didn't even look like it had been cleaned..I spoke to the managers are the owners daughters and the owners....and all they did was justify.....terrible job...terrible customer service.....would never go there again and recommend if you want to just give money away, only to have to do it yourself in the end....then this is the place to go. ZERO PRIDE IN QUALITY OF WORK...{ I should say, it was not busy at all, 4 cars being cleaned in total}

  I am not one to give out ratings, but after poor service, poor customer relations, and now out money ...as it needs to be done again, compounded with a owner that really could not care less, {in my opinion}, I would hate for anyone else to have this experience.

  Somebody turns your mirrors in before the car wash and wipes them off and pulls them out after the car wash. Great service… A bit pricey.

  It is a newer all service car wash. It quite spacious with all new equipment. The price is reasonable. If you are a CAA member you get a special discount. The service could be spotty depending on the crew. I have had real Good interior cleaning to where I had to point out the areas they had missed out to vacuum. Could be teething pains. Recommended.

  They did provide "comic relief" as I spoke to the owner and a female, not sure if it was his wife, but she commented when I told her I cleaned with little muscle use, in front of the manager and WOW, dirt came off....her response was and I quote "well, you used Mr. Clean to clean it, we use our own cleaning product".....I chuckled and replied, maybe you should be using a better cleaning product!!!

  First, I have used this company before and I have always been happy with the job and service. I have used their basic up to the ultimate packages.

  We were delighted to find this gem of a car wash place. We love the option of being able to just go and wash the car whenever they are open. It's fairly easy to use without having to go and buy a car wash. Prices are decent. We bought a month by month pass, so the convenience is good. Options to upgrade to more thorough car cleaning is also a nice feature. The front office staff are very helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is the lack of friendliness in the other staff, especially the car wash area staff. A few are rude, some are demanding without a friendly explanation of what they are asking. To just say to someone "receipt" rather abruptly and cold, is confusing when we'd never been asked for our receipt before. Another one just said "4 ways". Well, 4 ways what?? We'd never been asked to put our 4 ways or blinkers on before so had no idea what the guy was asking. And the woman today was down right rude. She treated us like we were a pain in her ass. Her tone was disgraceful, her lack of friendliness or warmth in her voice and attitude was insulting. The people responsible for guiding my vehicle onto the tire ramps needs to be watching MY VEHICLE, not everywhere else. Don't stand there and impatiently wave me onto the platform while watching the car line up. IN fact, don't be impatient at all. We are not going to move our vehicles fast in an area where there are people standing a foot from the front of the car. Please speak to your staff about treating customers with a bit more respect and friendliness. If they don't like their job, then maybe another job path would be encouraged. Some of us care about our vehicles, and don't want to trust it staff who treat the owners of those vehicles the way we've been treated.
