    Sales staff were terrible. I found a stained dress and brought it to the attention of an sales associate at the fitting rooms and she put it back on rack. Didn't even offer to grab me one from the floor or back that wasn't wrecked. None of the staff greeted or communicated with customers.

    This review is for the entire chain. Terrible return policy with no receipt. If tags are attached and item is brand new stock, an exchange of size should not be a problem. The new policy of no return or exchange without a receipt/gift receipt means that I am no longer shopping here. This used to be my #1 for cute kids clothes. I'm pretty sure any parent that gets wind of this is gone. Sorry H&M but with kids clothes, especially gifts, sometimes the size isn't right and sometimes you don't get a gift receipt. Poor customer service/terrible policy!
