  Absolutely a great doctor to have and the staff are very pleasant! He's very understanding and actually listens when you tell him issues that your dealing with then he works with you to solve the problem. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a G.P or even just to see him through the walkin clinic.

  MY DR RETIRED SO I HAD A CHOICE TO GO TO THIS DR OR A OTHER, I WISH I GONE TO THE OTHER DR, THIS DR SUK HE DONT CARES OR LISTENS, AND KICK U OUT NOT EVEN 5 MINS, SO I GOT A NEW DR THAT RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO ME AND HE A MUCH BETTER DR, IF I WAS U READING THIS I DUMP HIM HE USELESS, AND IM USING A DIFFERENT NAME CASE HE LOOK AT HIS REVIEWS ,,

  Well she was told he's on vacation go to a clinic and the clinics refused so today the dr is back! And she calls to make A now almost 1 month check up for her daughter and the stupid receptionist says he's refusing to take any clinents under 5!!!! Well she could have said so almost a month ago! And now there refusing to send a referral for a pediatrision because she's not his patient but the mother is!

  An excellent dr.....a no nonsense to the point physician. I come from a medical family and appreciate his matter of fact diagnosis. Good with assessment and referrals and Pam is always a pleasure to deal with!

  I would give Dr Jei a zero for he is an uncaring , judgemental ,over bearing , temperamental and unprofessional doctor who in my opinion has no place in being a family physician. I too experienced the same from him as the other complaints in these reviews . He never listened to my complaints never wrote many of them in my charts and even stated some of them were in my head ! On leaving his office many times I could not look at anyone and left quickly as he brought me to tears many times and on leaving his office almost every single time I felt beaten down , abused and mistreated ! I do want to say though Pam his receptionist is a loyal employee to Dr.Jei and the only reason we had issues was because of Dr.Jei and the way he treated me . I remember when I was hurt and stood in front of Pam bruised and beaten she looked into my eyes with tears in hers that touched my heart and at times I did hear her stick up for me when doctor Jei was being rude . I truly understand her dedication to Dr Jei that is her job and that is the type of person she is , even though there were times her and I did not see eye to eye in the end she helped me and wished me luck when leaving their office . For this I am truly grateful to her . There were many times I discussed my complaints with Pam and her face turned red from embarrassment for that I am truly sorry . A bad persons face does not turn red from embarrassment as they simply just do not care . Even when having issues with Pam I knew she is a good person that unfortunately is working for a doctor that simply just should not be in the medical field . He is a big baby who truly does doodle as a patient speaks , gets up and threatens to walk out when a patient disagrees with him and brow beats his patients . Many times I have seen him consulting Pam on his patients and if it were not for her that office simple would not run . So in saying all this I would give Pam a 5+ for her work and dedication to her job . One thing though she has to not let Dr Jei's behavior change her judgment of his patients I will not elaborate on that any further as I do not want to make her look bad because in the end I understand why she did the things she did , it was in sheer loyalty and devotion to her boss . Also to try and protect him . So there you have my review of Dr Jei and Pam . One thing I want to add Pam if you are reading this thank you for the times you helped me , the time you had tears in your eyes and in the end upon picking up my medical records. I hold no grudges for the times we did not see eye to eye I could hear in your voice , see in your eyes and face that you are not a bad person only misfortunate that you have chosen the wrong doctor to work for . I wish you all the best in life and may things change for you in your work . Take care you are a beautiful lady who deserves respect . Kudos to you Pam and again thank you so very much . Oh btw the comment with the face blackened out sure looks like Dr Jei and why hide your face unless you are hiding . As for the other comments I feel the are from close acquaintances of his and in fact the one I seen waiting for doctor Jei to finsh to leave with him so easy to make fake names and emails are very easy to create so not all that you read is true . Easy to add fake names to bring up his ratings . Or have friends help him there also . In saying that I want all to know my review is completely true statements of my encounters with Dr Jei and Pam so please if you are reading this review reconsider taking this man on as a doctor because this review is full of very true facts .   Absolutly discusted by the way this office is run my cousin had a baby and calls to have a check up done and a jaundes test done like she was told to from her dr when she left the hospital!
