    Purchased my first component system in over a decade, from Gibby's. They were first class throughout! Best Buy might be cheaper, but you do get what you pay for. Gibby's knowledgeable staff insisted on "hear before you buy" and showed me several speaker options. I will be back!

    My husband loves high quality audio and it's been hard to find places that carry higher end options. We decided to take a drive out to Gibbys and we were very pleased to see the brands they carried and the variety of products. Our sales rep William was great. He showed us different items that would suit our needs and didn't just push the most expensive one. He was very knowledgeable about the products and we felt we made the best decision with his assistance. Thanks Gibbys and thanks William!

    Receiver arrived 1.5 week before speakers. Gibbys did provide me with updates and did end up delivering the speakers. So overall it was good but no guarantee items are actually in stock on their website. If you are fine waiting on x item for y duration, they are a good service.

    I have to say the service we received from Gibbys was absolutely fantastic. My wife was under stress because her Mother's TV stopped working at her assisted care facility. It is her only source of entertainment and we were getting ready to go away on vacation. I looked at it and felt it was a cable converter programming issue, but I just could not seem to fix it. We knew if we were gone that her Mother would be without a TV for 2 weeks and that Cogeco would be of little assistance in resolving anything in a timely fashion... if at all, as her Mother is hearing impaired and likely would not be able to know when a service person would arrive. I had purchased a number of electronics from Gibbys in the past, so I thought... "why not give them a call"... so I did in desperation for a solution as it was late in the day. I talked to Rod, one of the owners, and his understanding of the dilemma was immediate. He asked one of his technicians if they could squeeze the service call in and they agreed to work a little later. They met my wife at my mother in laws room and resolved the problem that night. It is so refreshing to see such extraordinary service in a retail world which seems to be getting less personal every day. Much appreciated.

    Was in the market for a new receiver (bought 4K tv...didn't know I needed the upgrade!) and found Gibby's on line. Called them and spoke to Jamie. He was super helpful and actually talked me out of spending more money on a more expensive unit. Super cool! Good follow up and great customer service. Got the receiver a few days later and everything is bang on. Missing the power cord but they said they'd mail me another one. Will definitely go back.
