  Amazing service by Rob Medryk! Had an iPhone 6s with a charging port which the plug would not fit in, little did I know that lint can get in there and cause the cable to not properly fit. The port was cleaned out and they did it at an extremely reasonable price. Will definitely be going back here and recommending friends to go as well.

  If you buy from these guys you cannot benefit the same as a client of Apple Store which is your direct link to the Corporation. This is important due to news about ”touch disease” and ”controversial throtaling” of iPhone 5, 6 and 7.

  Was VERY impressed with the demonstrated professionalism of the young staff. Was able to problem solve my iphone issue with very little difficulty. Great approach, excellent communication. I will definitely use this service again. I highly recommend jump plus for all of your iPhone needs.

  They did a phenomenal job helping my parents out who are not that tech savvy. They went in thinking it was one issue and the guy at Jump Plus was able to help them out and save them some money as well. Shouts to Austin that works there. Great guy, really knows his stuff and very friendly. Top 5, if not top 2 Jump Plus employee

  Shady business practices. I overheard the manager tell a customer that he’d “help them out” if they write a good review on the store. Weirdly enough this isn’t the first I’ve heard of this either. You’re better off going to a full Apple store where they can service you same day. It’s not the best when you can hear a manager give you a discount or something if you try and make them look good. Never shopping there and I DONT recommend you do either
