Sadly we actually avoid going to IKEA now. The pick up locations are utterly useless. The Burlington location has a limited selection of items that are always out of stock.

Lovely to have some link to IKEA. Terrible that it is the business model that makes no sense. Staff are nice.

Niagara is growing, we need a full size location, equal to the biggest IKEAs

Unfortunately their system is set up so that they will email you on your pickup day when it's ready. (As opposed to, it will be ready on your pickup day)

Remember when you had to take a day off work because the cable guy would arrive between 9am and 5pm? Ya the 90's were a great time.

Great idea because it saves me the drive to Burlington from Niagara falls. If you have any issues, just return or exchange at this location. If you need help or clarification with the order you are placing, they ways have staff available to help. Delivery takes only a day or two, depending on when their truck is scheduled to arrive at this location.

Got a notice saying our vanity order was in. Went to pick it up and they only had box 1 and 3. We were told to come back after receiving another email saying box 2 was in. Called the customer service number and they mentioned the $20 delivery fee would be refunded upon picking up the last box. 2 weeks later I got the last box, but encountered mass confusion trying to get only box 2 of 3. The staff was friendly enough, just not good systems for tracking and putting orders together. I recommend you call the store ahead of time to confirm they have all your boxes, so you don't waste time making 40 minutes drives there and back and then again there and back, or better yet make the drive to Burlington and be sure your getting all the pieces and save $ on the "delivery".

Our family outings were monthly visits to IKEA for over 10 years, even just to have dinner there, when we lived 25 minutes to the Etobicoke location.

Great pickup location. They have a great staff and wonderful displays. The kitchen design section is great and the help you get is second to none.

Come on, IKEA, step up your game. This is a terrible oversight that sullied your otherwise amazing reputation for putting customers first.
