  Do not buy any thing from this store. I bought a couch from here with the warranty. I called for a repair 5-6 months after purchasing the couch. The stuffing in the couch was sagging and unconfortable to sit on. The “couch doctor” came out and “fixed” the couch. He added more stuffing but the wood was exposed from the frame of the couch and made it unsafe for my children. I called back and they said they didn’t know what to do and did all they could do. I reminded them of their policy of replacing the couch if it was unfixable within the first year. They pushed me off and keep sending the couch doctor until the year had passed. Needless to say I’m still dealing with this company after 2 years, and the couch is completely destroyed. We can’t use the one side and the frame is ripping through the back which is also dangerous

  I called ahead and was quoted a price and given my options for delivery or pickup. From the moment I arrived to departure, the customer service was excellent, professional, and efficient. I was in and out the door in 20 minutes with exactly what I came for, exactly how I wanted it, and at a reasonable price. I won't hesitate to recommend this place to friends. Great job gentlemen.

  Store manager really came through for us! After are previous couch was returned once. And had broken down again too frequently he had given us full credit back after seeing the photos in which weren’t damaged by people or animals or carelessness. We ended up upgrading the couch out of pocket and further stayed away from buying something with the same material. He really garnered my respect as most furniture stores would of said...”too bad” you never bought the warranty or “ your warranty is past its date”
