    Very nice salesman but also full of stories.we said we heard the Brick has bad service on delivering the furniture and broken and not all pieces arriving. He assured us this doesn’t happen anymore and they had lots of our table and chairs in their store available. Ok, we really liked our furniture and went ahead and ordered it. I planned a dinner party and was so excited to have it. It came yesterday. Table and 3 chairs. 2 chairs they said were. Damaged in transit and one chair we received was scratched. So now they say call in March and maybe they will have them. What happened to all the stock they say they had? From the sounds of all the bad reviews it looks bleak! We will never shop there again and I will make sure many friends and family also will not! I am so angry and disappointed! I truly feel we will not receive the rest of our set.

    This store in particular has a very nice showroom with a lot of selection to view, in comparison to other Bricks in the Niagara region. Our sales representative, Hemant was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us as we browsed various sofa options. Best experience we have had with regards to furniture shopping (which can be stressful) and it's most definitely thanks to our sales representative Hemant.

    I had a horrible delivery experience. I was the last stop of the day and having a couch and loveseat delivered. Right off the bat, both delivery men were in a miserable mood. They clearly wanted to rush in and out and said they would be unable to get my furniture down the stairs. It was apparently too wide. They said they would take it back for me and I could purchase other furniture that would fit better. I asked them to please try because I had removed a couch that morning that was exactly the same size. They attempted to take the love seat down and -SURPRISE -it fit. They then started to take the couch down, but said it was too long and they couldn't get it around the corner. IT WAS THE SAME LENGTH AS MY PREVIOUS COUCH. At this point I was so annoyed and frustrated I said to leave it upstairs and I would take care of it. That night my 60 year old mother in law and myself ( a much smaller female than the 2 delivery men) were able to take it down the stairs and set it up.

    Hi everyone, please be aware of how many reviews there are and how many shoppers go out to retail companies everyday, yet we only see a fraction of reviews. If you are strictly going off reviews and decide not to show somewhere because of reviews that are again, a fraction of how many shoppers go to a store, than you aren't an educated consumer. We are all aware of keyboard warriors and people who complain to complain. Now let's be more aware and understand that most shoppers don't right reviews and some companies get effected by this and then come to google reviews, trashing the company. Please be mindful when reading reviews and try to be an educated consumer. These stores are in business for a reason and we can fairly say consumers will make up things and hear what they want to hear. I personally write most of my reviews on Amazon and Airbnb, I'm new to the city and saw the reviews and laughed aloud at the comments.

    Why is it that at no time does your sales team go over delivery details with the customer? Twice now in recently time have I made large purchases at your store and not once was information given. Including the 3 day rule for deliveries. At purchase or at delivery scheduling or at the actual delivery. I kept being pressured to have my appliances delivered even when not ready. I finally gave in. A couple weeks later I unpack my brand new appliance only to see damage clearly created by transport. I can't wait to open the last 3 pieces from the Brick. Now I am not able to do anything but use my 'warranty' and lose my ability to receive anything back in 5 years. I have contacted the store manager who said he could do nothing. With some pressure he said he would send a tech from the company to replace the damaged piece. Never heard back from him or the associates I left messages with while he was on numerous vacations. I will not be returning.
