    We just wanted to tell you how much we appreciate the store and staff, the all know how to help when asked. Also just love the newest commercial on T.V. "Going to build a mountain" thank you

    Unlike the soulless big box warehouses, this is a real hardware where friendly, knowledgeable staff actually ask you if they can help, take the time to give you tips, assist in finding the right product, and seem to genuinely enjoy their work and workplace. I know -- occasionally you have to wander around Home Depot searching for a piece of lumber or particular trim item you can't find elsewhere, but whenever possible, I head to the Scott Street HH -- I know I'll feel welcome, find expert advice, and be able to get everything from ironing boards and ladders to stains and hinges.
