  Sarah Draper helped me administer my father's estate. He passed away suddenly without a will and my sister is a minor. She helped me obtain a Certificate of Estate Trustee without a Will, helped me with dealing with the Office of the Children's Lawyer. She dealt with the bank to get funds released earlier for the funeral expenses and she assisted with the sale of the property. Overall Sarah made this difficult time much easier for my family and I. I would definitely recommend Sarah Draper and Daniel & Partners LLP as lawyers to help with estates and with real estate.

  Sarah Draper is perhaps one of the best, brightest , young female lawyers in Canada. Yes young , but a wealth of knowledge and a senior partner already!

  I then contacted the firm to explain that I wanted to send in a $5,000 retainer and commence work. Ken's office contacted me back and explained that Ken was too busy to take my work.

  Met with Ken Garland to discuss a family law matter. Ken was attentive and focused. He spent time asking a variety of detailed questions, birthdates, people involved, and then explained what he could do. For this we were billed several hundred dollars.
