  Stayed here for our visit to Niagra Falls. For 1/3 the price and free parking, it was well worth it. Easy access to the highway and 15 minutes from the falls. Also near food and groceries. Fridge and microwave in the room.

  Clean rooms, good curtains that cut out the morning light, good selection of television. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom shower needs a bit of modernizing.

  The evening front desk woman (the one on the much bigger side) is probably the rudest least helpful person I have ever come across in the service industry. Literally refuses to answer questions.. I usually have great experiences with friendly staff at every hotel I visit, and working on the road it's usually a new one every week.

  Perfect for people on a budget. This hotel has recently been updated. The rooms are quiet, clean, and the beds are relatively comfortable. The location is very good - right off the highway(couldn't hear the traffic), 15 minutes from Niagara, and close to restaurants / shopping. There are small things that show the age of the building, but these things would not stop me from staying again (i.e. older shower, door lock had an issue, older toilet, etc.) And even though the hotel is now smoke free there was still a slight smoke smell in the stairwell, but we couldn't notice it in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a clean, quiet, budget-friendly place to stay.

  Good, clean hotel with friendly staff. Only downside is that they don't have an elevator which makes it very painful of you have a large luggage and are not staying on ground level.
