  I have to share what a wonderful customer service experience I had today at the Boot Shop Pen Centre location. There were extenuating circumstances with my return and to be honest, I expected to be told there was nothing they could do. Karen, the manager, was courteous, understanding and went beyond store policy to help me out. I am happy to support our local businesses and would recommend The Boot Shop without hesitation. It's nice to deal with someone who understand how important it is to make a customer happy. These days, that concept is often lost. Thank you Karen and The Boot Shop.

  I'm sure all the sales people are not the same but I had the rudest lady "help" me. She complained about having to go and get my size so I could try on shoes. I still bought the shoes but I should've just walked out of the store. Not even a thank you for purchasing. Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

  I stood waiting with my two boys for an hour to get some service. And I got nothing. Employees looked at me and saw me. But they decided not to help. I have bought at least 7 pairs of boots and shoes there before. Now I will never go back again.
