    Then pen is awesome. It's clean, nice, I can tell effort is put into keeping it that way. I like that it is a safe, indoor place for preteens to hang out. As a mom, I'm glad we have a nice mall.

    Absolutely love going here around Christmas time. They have a Santa set up for pictures and while you wait, you can go on a train ride with your kids. It's free to ride and you can go as many times as you want. The mall is clean. Good selection. At the food court. Very few vacancies, and the vacant places are usually quick to be replaced by a new business.

    I always enjoy the seemingly great selection for people of all ages although there may not be a ton of stores for any one group be it based age, gender, religion, style, or interest group. There is definitely something for everyone at the pen centre and its always worth a peak around.

    Nice cinema and shopping mall. I had good food at the courts and great deals at the shops. I would go again.

    The Pen Centre is still the best overall shopping mall in the Niagara Region. Lots of excellent stores to choose from. Easily accessible of the 406 and is central to the area. Parking is free and lots of space. Nice theatre and good food court.
