  My wife and I went in to gather information and book a cruise. We were met by a lady sitting at a desk. She was very friendly, however when we told her we were interested in Carnival cruise, she steered us away from that and towards Celebrity cruise lines. We spoke for about a half hour and left our information with her and she was going to contact us with a quote for a cruise in June (date was flexible if other dates wee cheaper). The next morning I got a generic email from the company as if she put me on a mailing list, which is fine. A few days went by and I did not get any emails from her. I did some research myself and found celebrity wasn't really in my price range. Makes me wonder if this is why she didn't contact me back. Very disappointing since we originally wanted to go with Carnival which it turns out was very much in our price range and we were able to book one with someone else with ease!
