    It might be hard to admit being negligent in any area but taking a look at your own actions and being self-aware would be much more realistic instead of placing blame onto the professionals trying to help and share their knowledge to protect your child's health.

    I'm assuming he's trying to get more business out of them because he said immediately after that she has more dental work to be done... well guess what, she's not getting it done from this guy that's for sure...

    Threatening to call child services on my Neices mother (who is the best mother a child could possibly ask for btw) is not a very nice thing to do... he threatened to do this all because she missed an appointment with them for a cavity to be filled... ridiculous..

    Ps. I work in the child and youth care field and oral hygiene and lack there of can be a huge indicator or child neglect. As doctors and professionals they would have a clear understanding and have an unbiased position on your child's well-being.
