  Worst customer service experience in the show department. There is a lady in the shoe department and her name is Debbie always rude and never willing to help. Yesterday I went to get a pair of shoes and as I was about to pay I noticed something wrong with the shoe so I decided to get a different pair and I found her gossiping with a colleague about me how do you gossip about someone you don’t even know? I found it gross and very unprofessional and I don’t think I will ever get anything from the shoe department ever .

  I took a sterling silver $2000 watch ( I have documentation) in to have the battery replaced. The Bay took the back off which was held on by 2 tiny sterling silver screws, that sat flat into the casing. They DRILLED 2 new holes and added 2 huge screws that don't match the watch, they no longer sit flat into the casing, they stick way out, and then they didn't seat the back on properly and at sometime used pliers or something and scratched the entire case with gouges. I have taken it to a REAL jeweler who said the big holes cannot be repaired, they don't think they will be able to find screws to sit flat on the casing, and they will have to polish out the gouges. I phoned the manager at the Bay, and asked what they could do.....that was 2 weeks ago, and they haven't had the courtesy to respond.

  I have always enjoyed doing my Christmas shopping here ever since I was young. I find regular prices are a bit high but when sales are on you can get a really good deal on some good quality items. There's no real department store left like this one and I will continue to support it as long as the quality is there.

  Purchased a bathroom mat and sheets today and saved $95 during the Bay Days event. There wasn’t really anyone on the floor to answer any questions, but I knew what I was looking for and didn’t require any assistance. The closest register was closed. I did find another one nearby and that cashier was very quick and friendly.
