  because the financing lady, Sandra I believe, was super nice. I called yesterday about test driving a car. I showed up and only Sandra was there. I left my info for the salesman to contact me and reiterated how I was seriously looking and ready to buy. No call back last night or this morning. I used the suggested online text # and tried to follow up this afternoon. Again, no return contact. No eagerness to sell a car is rare to find at a car lot. I just returned from Upper James Toyota after purchasing the same car. The service at UJT was amazing. I would have bought from Skyway to support a local company, but they didn't seem interested in selling the car. The car was nice, the service and experience was rock bottom.

  I bought a car from Skyway Fine Cars / Henley Honda sight unseen, from out-of-province. Sandra provided everything needed promptly, and she went above and beyond to make the delivery a pleasant experience. The vehicle was exactly as documented and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

  Nothing is ever perfect so I will say the other review below does have truth to it. After a car wash, I did notice scratches appeared on the rear bumper. I also noticed some touch up paint was used that does not fully match the car on the rear and passenger side. The maintenance history of the car was not available to me. So we will see ...

  I recently purchased a 2010 ford escape from Matt at Skyway. The entire process felt like minutes. All of the staff were very helpful and understanding. When my vehicle was ready to take home Matt went through the whole SUV with me so I would understand how all of the electronics work. Including helping me link my phone to the hands free and music upload. My vehicle left the lot that day in great condition. Not one spot on the carpet and a full tank of gas. After 24 hours of having my escape the trunk latch would not work. I messaged Matt to let him know what was happening. I received an immediate response to bring my escape back in. Naturally I assumed that I would be paying for a part as I had no extended warranty and the trunk did leave the lot in working condition. I arrived at 10:30 am the next day and by 12pm my escape was fixed. Matt put on a kids movie for my son and offered us drinks while we waited. When the whole process was finished I was told that there was no charge and that he sticks by his word. I could have cried. I will be recommending SkyWay fine cars to anyone I care about because I know they will be taken care of like family there. Thank you for the amazing experience!

  Overall not a terrible choice so far. Skyway is a place that works with everyone, whatever their financial situation...like in my case where an ex ruined my credit rating. Hopefully this car once paid off strengthens my credit and my next vehicle can be from a 'higher end' dealer if you know what I mean.

  Chuck at Skyway did a great job finding me a car loan at a great interest rate under 10%. I only had to put a few hundred down. I got a great deal on a 2009 Chevy with a pretty impressive warranty for a car being 5 years old and 79000km's.

  In today's economy, if you don't have the money to purchase brand new, Skyway is the place to go. They are honest and offer their vehicles for a fair price. They focus on placing the customer in the car of there choice and make sure it is a sound vehicle before leaving the lot. I would highly recommend Skyway to anyone.
