  Virgin Mobile staff can be hit and miss. Some will only want to sell you a phone to get the commission and others will want to help you when you need it. Otherwise standard phone selection and services offered.

  I've dealt with Clarence at this location on 3 different occasions and every time he was utterly rude and unhelpful. Don't even bother going into this location to get anything done because he will just tell you that they basically can't do anything in the store (which is a lie and I had to travel from Niagara Falls and back twice in the same day for something he could have easily done the first time) and you need to go online. I've complained about him to Virgin Mobile twice specifically about him. Don't know how he still works there judging by the way he's treated me and my family and every other customer that I've seen him "help" in the store.

  I had to deal with Jeffery. He sold the iPhone that stopped working in 5 days. When I brought it back to the store, he said he is not going to help me. That was within 15 days warranty. Jeffery said there is nothing he could help. He does not care about his customers. I had to call the Virgin customer care.

  I have been yelled at numerous times for addressing mistakes they've caused on their end like being charged late fees when my virgin account clearly says I've paid on time.

  Every time I talk to a customer service representative, their accents are so thick I can barely understand them and they are unbelievably rude.
